A teacher is a person who gives knowledge, information or education to students through learning. The learning process can either be formal like a classroom or informal like if it is done at home. There are as very many reasons for being a teacher and each individual has their own reason(s) for being one.
Some people are teachers for the simple reason of making a difference in the lives of the learners. Such people feel accomplished when they know they have influenced a part of if not all of a person’s intellectual and logical development. They feel fulfilled when they create a difference between when the person started learning, when they make progress till the end of the particular topic, subject or course. By teaching one makes a difference in the generation and this difference created can be of great benefit to the society at large. When you are a teacher, you have greater chances of staying younger for longer because you will spend all your days with younger people this then keeps you in the know of all that is going on around you, events and even trends. Given that younger people are fresh and energetic, they are known to keep their teachers on toes so the teacher is also always fresh and energetic just to keep up with their students. This naturally preserves one and they age slower than their peers in other professions. So for those who fear aging and would love to be young forever, teaching should be the career of choice.
When you are a teacher you are more knowledgeable than your peers because teachers know a lot about the topics they teach more than anyone. After a certain period of teaching, guided by a lot of research in a particular subject, a teacher will automatically master what s/he teaches.

Teachers are exposed to almost all personalities in one given day and this guarantees that you will have at least something to laugh about each day. The students you teach may intentionally crack you up with a joke or sometimes unknowingly say something that turns out to be hilarious.
